North Atlantic Landscape is built on the foundation of our experience across various industries.
Our team members come from diverse backgrounds in masonry, site work, commercial mowing, equipment operation, mechanical repair, landscaping and project management. The common thread with each of us is a personal understanding of the meaning of real work. Work is a passion. The reason we get out of bed in the morning. This goes beyond the completion of an installation project or finishing a mowing route ahead of schedule. It’s the personal satisfaction that real people are affected by this work – the people who enjoy the beauty of the landscapes we create and maintain, the people who trust us with their properties, and the people who are made safe by the parking lots we plow and sidewalks we shovel.
The connection to our community is vital – beyond exceeding performance expectations and coming in under budget – what makes work real is the people. In the words of Kahlil Gibran: work is love made visible. This may sound like an overly sentimental reference, but when you love what you do, everything makes a little more sense.

Meet the Team
Rob Wilich
Owner
Rob started North Atlantic Landscape in 2020 after years of running successful operations in the commercial snow removal and firewood industries. North Atlantic Landscape complimented the company’s commercial snow services seamlessly.
Today, North Atlantic’s Landscaping division is emerging as one of the seacoast’s top landscaping companies.
Ben Yuse
Operations Manager
Ben joined the team in 2009 as our very first employee. In that time he’s taken on a variety of roles and has helped build the company into what it is today— a multi-industry company providing commercial and residential services across three states.
Outside of work, you can find Ben with his wife striper fishing the coastal waters of the north shore and seacoast nh, snowmobiling in the great north woods, or puttering in his vast vegetable garden.
Danielle Bennett
Account Manager
Danielle joined our team in 2023 and serves as the Account Manager for both North Atlantic Landscape, and North Atlantic Snow, which provides commercial snow removal services.
When she’s not at work, you can find Danielle spending her free time with her kids, playing with her dogs, exercising or alpine skiing in the winter!
Keegan Reynolds
Junior Account Manager
Keegan joined the team as the Junior Account Manager in 2025 after displaying significant leadership on the crew year after year.
He works closely with Danielle to ensure that the services we provide our customers occur on time and on budget.
Cora
Quality Control Specialist
Cora joined the team in 2024 as our Quality Control Specialist. Under Ben’s supervision, she performs a final check to ensure that all properties are tidy and free of rodents, pests, and any treats that may have been left behind.
